Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter “Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of StickerBoard (hereinafter “the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The following terms are used in these Terms as defined below:

1. “The App” refers to the iOS application “StickerBoard” provided by the developer.
2. “User” refers to any person who uses the App.
3. “Content” refers to sticker images and boards created by users through the App.
4. “Pro Plan” refers to the paid subscription service for the App.

Article 3 (App Content)

1. The App is a service that allows users to photograph real stickers with their camera, automatically remove the background, and manage them as a digital collection.
2. Users can freely arrange and edit photographed stickers on boards.
3. All data is stored only on the user’s device. However, when you use the board or sticker sharing feature to share content to an external service such as an SNS, the content is handed off externally by the user’s action.

Article 4 (Fees and Subscriptions)

1. The basic features of the App are available free of charge.
2. The Pro Plan is provided as an auto-renewing subscription.
3. Subscription purchases and payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms of service.
4. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be cancelled in iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions after purchase.
6. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited upon subscription purchase.

Article 5 (Free Plan Limitations)

The free plan has the following limitations:

• Sticker storage: up to 30 stickers
• Board creation: up to 1 board
• Border styles: none / thin only
• Background patterns: 3 types
• Image export: includes logo (watermark)

Upgrading to the Pro Plan removes all limitations.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

1. All intellectual property rights in the App belong to the developer.
2. Rights to content created by users through the App belong to the users.
3. Users should take care not to infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights related to the stickers they photograph.
4. When using the board or sticker sharing feature to publish or share content externally, users are responsible for ensuring that the shared content does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties. Users must also comply with the terms of service of the destination service (e.g., SNS).

Article 7 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

1. Decompiling, reverse engineering, or disassembling the App
2. Interfering with the operation of the App
3. Infringing on the rights of other users or third parties
4. Violating laws or public morals
5. Creating illegal content using the App

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. The developer makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App’s content.
2. The developer is not responsible for loss or corruption of data resulting from use of the App. Users are advised to back up their devices regularly.
3. Stored stickers and board data may be lost due to device changes or app deletion.
4. The developer is not responsible for any damages to users caused by changes to the App’s specifications or discontinuation of the service.

Article 9 (Changes and Termination of Service)

1. The developer may change the content of the App or discontinue its provision without prior notice to users.
2. In the event of service termination, we will notify users in advance through the App or App Store description to the extent possible.

Article 10 (Changes to These Terms)

1. The developer may change these Terms when deemed necessary.
2. The revised Terms take effect when posted in the App or on the website.
3. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.
